Creamy butter chicken

Happy Sunday! This is one of my favourite dishes to cook! A popular dish and easy to make, just set and forget!

INGREDIENTS

1 tablespoon, butter

2 brown onions, finely diced

2 chicken breasts, diced to 1cm

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 1/2 tablespoons Mudgeeraba butter chicken spice

330ml cooking cream

METHOD

1. Heat slow cooker and add butter, onions and garlic. Cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

2. Add in diced chicken and spices. Mix and cook for 5-10 minutes under chicken is cooked to look at.

3. Stir in cream and cover cooker with lid. Cook for 9 hours on a low setting or 5 hours on high.

When ready serve with rice and enjoy!
