These muffins are the perfect morning tea addition, with a hint of heat!
2 tablespoons chives, chopped
1 1/2 cups grated tasty cheese
1 1/4 cups self raising flour
1/4 cup jalapenos, finely diced
3/4 cup cold water
1. Preheat oven and line muffin tin with patty cases. spray with oil.
2. Sift flour into mixing bowl. Add cheese and chives, stir.
3. Add in all other ingredients gently folding until combined.
4. Spoon evenly into patty cases and bake at 170c for 20 minutes.
Best served warm 🙂
