Cheese and ham bites

These muffins are the perfect morning tea addition, with a hint of heat!


2 eggs
1 1/2 cups grated tasty cheese
1 1/4 cups self raising flour
1 packet champagne ham, finely sliced
1/2 cup milk
salt and pepper


1. Preheat oven and line mini muffin tin with patty cases. spray with oil.
2. Sift flour into mixing bowl. Add cheese.
3. Add in all other ingredients gently folding until combined.
4. Spoon evenly into patty cases and bake at 180c for 10- 15 minutes. Watch these as they will cook fast.
