Fresh steamed fish and vegetables….. light and healthy!
INGREDIENTS
3 Basa fillets, halved
2 tablespoons minced garlic
1 teaspoon lime juice
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1/4 cup Chinese cooking wine
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon honey
Oil
METHOD
1. Heat a frypan over a medium setting. Spray with oil.
2. Add all ingredients except fish to the fry pan. Whisk over a low setting.
3. Add fish and steam over liquids for 2-4 minutes per side.
4. If cooking other sides. Place fish in the oven on a low temperature, 50*c on a plate covered in foil.
Serve and enjoy!
