Wish I was joking with this name, but it’s literally the left overs from the fridge!
1 packet ham strips
1 tin coconut milk
3 teaspoons yellow curry paste
2 medium sweet potatoes, diced
2 cups mixed vegetables
1 cups brussel sprouts
1 1/2 cups chicken stock
1. Add all ingredients into crock pot.
2. For a pressure cooker, set to stew for 35 minutes.
3. For stove top, set to simmer for 1 hour.
4. Once ready plate up with rice or chappati and enjoy.
