A splash of citrus to kick start your weekend!!
INGREDIENTS
1 lemon, juiced
1 cup plain yoghurt
1 tablespoon pomegranate seeds
Splash of lime juice
1/2 cup coconut water
1/4 raw sugar
METHOD
1. Blitz all ingredients except pomegranate seeds in blender.
2. Pour into glass. Sprinkle over pomegranate seeds.
Serve and enjoy!
