I love mint to much, but feel free to skip on past anything with this tag if you don’t!
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup broccoli, diced
1/2 cucumber, roughly chopped
1 handful of mint
1 teaspoon collagen powder
330ml coconut water
Ice
METHOD
1. Blitz broccoli and cucumber together in a blender.
2. Add in mint collagen powder and coconut water. Blitz again.
3. Serve over ice.
