Power smoothie

Power smoothie you say in doubt?! Yes it is!

This smoothie is so good and is one of the only ones that keeps me full for hours!

INGREDIENTS

Half cup egg whites

1 banana

1/4 cup passion fruit pulp

1 heaped teaspoon green powder

1 teaspoon collagen powder

METHOD

1. Blend together egg whites, banana & passionfruit until smooth.

2. Add green powder and collagen powder and blend again.

3. Serve and enjoy!
