Rum balls

Who doesn’t love rum balls, right?! Even if you’re not a rum fan you can still make this recipe, just take out the rum!

INGREDIENTS

1 packet Marie biscuits

1 can sweetened condensed milk

1 cup desiccated coconut

1/4 cup cocoa powder

60ml rum

Extra desiccated coconut for coating balls

METHOD

1. In a food processor, blitz marie biscuits until just before they are fine.

2. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix together with clean fingertips until the mixture comes together.

3. Take a heaped teaspoon of mix at a time and roll in the palm of your hand to form a ball.

4. Roll balls in coconut to coat. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
