Happy Monday everyone! This cold weather is bringing out
5 potatoes, diced
2 1/2 cups water
2 cups, lentil soup mix
2 onions, diced
1lt beef stock
1 cup, diced Smokey bacon
1. Cook bacon for 3 minutes at high heat or until crispy.
2. Add all ingredients into slow cooker.
3. Set for 4 hours on high (slow cooker) or 20 minutes (pressure cooker)
4. Serve and enjoy! *
* add more water as required after cooking. lentils will absorb all the liquid while cooking.
