3 calamari tubes, thinly sliced into tubes
1/2 teaspoon garlic flakes
1/4 teaspoon chili flakes
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
1/3 cup oil
2 tbsp. lemon juice
loose leaf lettuce mix
1 punnet cherry tomatoes
salt & pepper
1. Marinade tubes of calamari in garlic flakes, chili flakes, dried parsley and half the oil for half an hour.
2. Add 1 tablespoon of oil to a fry pan and cook calamari on a medium to highly heated fry pan for 30 seconds per side. The rings should be just firm to feel.
3. Rinse lettuce and tomatoes, dry and then add to a salad bowl. Add grilled calamari rings
3. Place lemon and remaining oil to together to make a vinegarette. Combine with salad.
