The perfect make ahead breakfast for the week!
You can change out the raspberries for other fruits too!
2 cups rolled oats
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 large green apple, sliced and diced
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup raspberries
1. Combine all ingredients, except milk, into a saucepan.
2. Bring to the boil, then turn down to a simmer and start adding in milk until all absorbed. This should take approx. 15 minutes.
3. Serve with extra milk and cinnamon spice/ sugar.
