Double Choc Biscuits

In my mind, few things are better than a freshly baked biscuit straight out of the oven!

These biscuits are extra chocolaty and delicious so enjoy!

2 eggs
1 cup Nutella
1 cup plain flour
1/2 caster sugar
1/4 cup mini choc chips


1. Preheat oven to 160c and line a baking tray with paper.

2. Place all ingredients excluding the choc chips in a bowl and mix until well combined. Fold in choc chips.

3. Roll into tablespoon sized balls and spread evenly on lined tray. Lightly flatten with the lightly floured base of the glass cup. Make sure there is space between biscuits, at least three fingers.

4. Bake in oven for 15-20 minutes. Allow to cool and firm up.
