2 1/2 cups chicken stock
1/12- 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
1 can creamed corn
1 can sweet corn kernels, drained
1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
1 egg, beaten
1. Add chicken stock to a saucepan and bring to the boil. Turn down to simmer and add chicken.
2. Stir in creamed corn and sweet corn kernels. Allow to simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Stir in beaten egg and sriracha sauce.
4. Serve and enjoy!
