So excited to share these muffins with you! They are hands down my favourite muffin recipe on the blog to date!

INGREDIENTS
6 strawberries diced into 1cm pieces
2 lemons
2 cups self raising flour
1 pinch salt
1 egg
1/2 raw sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup oil
METHOD
1. Preheat oven to 180c. Spray 12 cup muffin tin.
2. Sift flour into a mixing bowl. Add in salt and sugar, stir to combine.
3. Add all wet ingredients, not the strawberries, and fold to combine. Add in strawberries and fold in.
4. Divide mixture evenly between muffin tin cups and bake at 180c for 25-30 minutes.
5. Serve and enjoy!
