Turkey meatballs

This is another simple make ahead meal for busy weeknights!

Tonight we had my god daughter over for dinner, so this kid friendly recipe really helped out! Meatballs go with so many different meals and are generally to more time consuming part of many make ahead meals.

500g turkey mince
1/2 teaspoon tabasco sauce (optional)
1 brown onion, diced
1 garlic clove
1 tbsp tomato sauce
1 egg
1 tbsp dried parsley, crushed
1/2-1 cup breadcrumbs
2 tbsp soy sauce

1. In a large bowl, mix mince, onion, garlic, parsley, egg, breadcrumbs and all sauces. Combine well.

2. Shape into meat balls, approx a teaspoon per ball.

3. Add oil to a fry pan and heat. Once hot, add meatballs ensuring they are cooked through.

4. Serve with sauces for dipping, use in spaghetti bolognese, or sandwiches.
