Nutella biscuits

Happy World Nutella Day!

I couldn’t let the day pass without baking with Nutella! These are super simple biscuits that will only take you 30 minutes and are delicious! 
1 cup Nutella
1 egg
1 cup plain flour
1/2 caster sugar
1. Preheat oven to 180 and line a baking tray with paper.
2. Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix until well combined
3. Roll into tablespoon sized balls and spread evenly on lined tray. Lightly flatten. Make sure there is space between the biscuits, at least three fingers.
4. Bake in oven for 15 minutes. Allow to cool and firm up.
