Chocolate Truffles

Happy New Year!

I hope everyone has had a great new year with friends and family! 
This is a recipe that I made for a New Years party we went to, they were so delicious, I wish I’d made more!
400g milk chocolate, finely chopped
3/4 cup pouring cream
Cocoa powder, for sifting

1. Melt the milk chocolate and cream in a saucepan on a low heat continually until the consistency is smooth.
2. Transfer to a baking tray that is lined with baking paper. Spread evenly and keep refrigerated for 3 hours.
3. Roll mixture in to balls, approx a teaspoon of mixture per ball. Toss in cocoa powder.
4. Cover and refrigerate again until you are ready to serve.
