Crumbed Brie

Oh my goodness! This entree dish is amazing, and quick to make!!!div>

1 Brie wheel
1 cup flour
2 beaten eggs (for an egg wash)
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/3 bunch sage, chopped finely

1. Preheat oven to 220 degrees. Using 3 separate bowls, place flour into one bowl, beaten eggs in another, and the breadcrumbs and sage in the final bowl.
2. Remove the brie wheel from packaging and cut into 8 triangles. Toss the triangles through the flour. Now dunk in the egg wash, then toss in the breadcrumb mixture. Repeat the egg wash and breadcrumb step again.
3. Place the triangle in the fridge for 30 minutes.
4. After refrigeration time is finished. Place the triangles on a baking paper lined tray and baked in the preheated oven for 4 minutes. Remove from oven and serve with your favourite dipping sauce!
