The Chocolate version of my previous Eton Mess recipe!
6 Meringue nests
500ml thickened cream
1/4 icing sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
6 Oreo biscuits, roughly crushed
Hersey’s chocolate sauce
1 Cadburys ™ Flake
1. Break meringue baskets into serving glass*.
4. Whip cream, add vanilla paste and icing sugar. Pour evenly into the individual glasses. Add crushed Oreo biscuits on top. Pour in as much Hersey’s chocolate sauce as desired. Serve in glass sprinkled with half of the flake.
* I used Champagne flutes, but a cocktail glass would look better.
