Sausage Rolls

INGREDIENTS

400g sausage mince 
300g chicken mince 
1 onion, finely chopped
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 medium carrot, grated
1 cup breadcrumbs
3 teaspoons parsley
Salt & Pepper
3 eggs
3 sheets puff pastry, semi thawed
1 tablespoon seasme seeds.
METHOD
1. Preheat oven to 200c. Line 2 baking trays with baking paper. Mixing both minces, onion, garlic, carrot, breadcrumbs, parsley and seasoning. 
Beat eggs into mince mixture. Divide into 6 equal portions.
2. Cut pastry sheets into half. Roll mixture portion out into the middle of the pastry and beat remaining egg and brush over edges.
3. Roll up to enclose filling and cut into 6cm pieces. Place on trays, seam side down. Brush with egg and sprinkle with seasame seeds. Bake for 20 minutes then reduce heat to 180c, and cook for a further 10 minutes until golden. Serve with tomato sauce.
